Victoria with Scallop Collar

Susan is teaching Victoria with Scallops Add-on. The scallops collar and sleeve band are such a great add-on to many of our patterns. This tutorial uses our classic Victoria dress. When you use a coordinating fabric, you can see how these add-ons really pop. Many of you asked for a tutorial about making Lee, and this will be the perfect tutorial for you!
