Smocked Insertion with "Wings"

Ever wondered how to adjust a smocked insertion to not continue under the arms? Susan teaches you how to add sides, or "wings" as we call them, to your smocked insertion. This is especially great if you are picture smocking, where you want your pleats close together and your design more concentrated in the middle of the garment.
