Harper with Round Yoke and Ruffle

Re-envision the Harper bubble with a round yoke overlay and a ruffle. In this video, Melissa walks you through redrafting of the bodice. She constructs a Victoria dress in the video, but the techniques for the new Harper bodice apply. As you watch the video, use the chart below for each measurement to make this sweet new look. You will only need additional fabric (as shown in the supplies) if you want to use a contrast fabric to achieve the darling detail at the neckline. Melissa describes two methods to complete the ruffle. She uses the same measurements (as seen in the chart below) and depending on how you construct you will achieve two distinct looks.
