Victoria with Round Yoke and Ruffle

Re-envision the Victoria dress with a round yoke overlay and a ruffle. In this video, Melissa walks you through redrafting of the bodice and construction of the dress. As you watch the video, use the chart below for each measurement to make this sweet new look. You will need additional fabric (as shown in the supplies) to achieve the darling detail at the neckline and to cut the skirt wider for a fuller look. Melissa describes two methods to complete the ruffle. She uses the same measurements (as seen in the chart below) and depending on how you construct you will achieve two distinct looks.
