Charlie Harper Mashup
We are always ready for bubble season! We combined three Children's Corner patterns for a fresh look that will take no time to sew. We used the Charlie top for the puff sleeve look, Harper for the bubble and Scallops for a sweet accent.

Follow Charlie fabric requirements for this look.
What to Cut
Charlie:Â Bodice front and back, Bodice lining front and back, Puff sleeves, Short puff sleeve band
Harper: Bubble front and back, Bubble front and back lining
Construction
Harper and Charlie's finished measurement is the same, therefore no pattern piece adjustments need to be made. However if your model's measurements do not match the finished length from high point on shoulder to center of crotch as seen on back of pattern cover, you will need to adjust the bodice.
For collar, substitute Scalloped Collar Add On following pattern instructions.
