This is gorgeous autumnal corduroy color and it was the perfect opportunity to show off some Liberty Tana Lawn.

Shop the Look

  1. Add a 1/4" seam allowance at the View A Center Front on Fold line and cut 2 of this piece, not on the fold.

  2. Add a 1/4" seam allowance to both sides of the remaining piece used for the normal inverted pleat (Difference between View A center front on fold line and Views B & C center front on fold line). This allows you to sew the contrast fabric panel into the garment front at each side of the View A Center Front piece with 1/4" seam allowances.

  3. Proceed to fold this piece for the inverted pleat and continue with the normal instructions.
