Wrap Around Yoke with Lezette

Lezette walks you through how to sew together and add a collar to a wrap around yoke (self lined yoke). A wrap around yoke, used in Children’s Corner Patterns such as Ruthie, Lee, Poppy, and Virginia is when your dress fabric and lining fabric are made from the same piece. Instead of sewing two pieces together with a seam on the edge of the placket, there is just a fold line. Wrap around yokes give a clean look to your garment, but can be confusing to deal with during construction.
