Bishop Banded Puff Sleeve

If you purchase a cut/sew/pleat kit from our retail shop, your Bishop sleeves will be the short smocked sleeve version. If you prefer the Banded Puff Sleeve as featured as an option in the current printing of our Bishop pattern, you can make these easy modifications:
1. Trim away 1 1/4" from the bottom edge of the short smocked sleeve.
2. Follow step #27 in the Bishop instructions. Refold the armband, then continue to w
rap armband over seam. Whipstitch the folded armband to the sleeve at the seam line.
